The Global Patches order flow is designed for both first-time customers and repeat buyers. Every custom patch order can store patch type, size, quantity, border, backing, shape, colors, production speed, notes, and uploaded artwork.
After checkout, orders appear in the admin panel where they can be reviewed, updated, and managed through production and fulfillment.
Choose your patch style
Start with embroidered, woven, PVC, printed, leather, TPU, iron-on, sew-on, Velcro, stick-on, morale, name, logo, hat, or no-minimum custom patches.
Set size, quantity, and backing
Select dimensions, quantity, border, backing, shape, colors, and production notes that fit your project.
Upload artwork or notes
Add a logo, vector file, reference image, sketch, or written instructions so your order can be prepared accurately.
Review and checkout
Confirm the cart, shipping method, customer details, payment method, and order notes before the order is created.
