Custom product orders
Customers are responsible for choosing the correct product type, size, quantity, backing, border, shape, and artwork details before checkout.
Artwork and permissions
Customers should only upload artwork they have the right to use. Global Patches may need to contact the customer if artwork is unclear or incomplete.
Pricing and payment
Prices are calculated from product options and database-managed rules. Live payment provider terms should be added once payment accounts are connected.
Production and delivery
Production time and shipping time are separate. Delivery estimates depend on production queue, shipping method, and destination.
